A Message To Guests

Dear Guests and Travelers,

As we turn a corner and look to move forward in the coming weeks and months, The Best Western Plus GranTree Inn is very optimistic about the future.

Summer is a busy season in Bozeman and we’d like to remind all guests, employees and customers of the pre-cautions we are taking amid COVID-19 across our hotel, restaurant, casino and Conoco gas station:

• Sanitation Station in lobby with hand sanitizer and wipes
• ‘Do Not Cross’ lines on the floor separating guests at a safe distance from front desk staff
• Guest keys and pens are sanitized at front desk
• Sneeze guard barrier is in place at front desk/Conoco
• Sanitation of desk area and lobby/Conoco on continual basis
• Use of UV wand for sanitation at lobby soft furnishings
• Takeout food; barriers and sanitation station at restaurant station
• Room service; food is dropped at guest room door in To-Go packaging with no contact with guest from hotel staff
• Disinfecting all hard surfacing that our guests/employees touch points throughout hotel (entry door handles, elevator buttons, etc.) every two hours
• Hand sanitizer station throughout hotel
• Fully stocked public restrooms with paper towels and hand sanitizer, restrooms checked hourly
• Guest rooms; complete disinfecting all hard surfaces.
• UV wand disinfecting for soft surfaces in guest rooms

**Additional pre-cautions we are asking of staff and guests***

1. Encourage all staff to wash their hands often
2. No hand shaking and hugs, etc.
3. Sneeze and Cough in your arm.
4. Use hand sanitizer throughout the hotel when you see them and in-between washes
5. If you feel sick at all, must stay home for 14-day quarantine.

To help ensure safety; all employees that are not reporting to work, please do not enter the kitchen Best Western Plus GranTree public areas.  We want to keep traffic in the facility to just our guests or working staff.
